Clover honey, New Zealand’s most common honey, is created by bees that are predominantly surrounded by clover flowers.  Hantz clover honey is being produced by their 3rd generation around Ellesmere and Ashburton districts.  Its pleasant mild flavour and sweetness is ideal as a spread or an alternative to sugar in baking and great on porridge or crumpets!
